Illustration of PVC Fiber Garden Hose Extruder/Pipe Extruding MachinePVC fiber reinforced flexible hose is also called PVC network, commonly known as plastic flexible metal conduit. This hose production line consists of extruder,water flume,belt hauf-off unit,thread braided machine and hose coiler,etc. PVC hose extrusion line has the characteristics of reasonable match,unique structure,reliable performance,simple operation,easy maintenance and continuous producing capacity. The extruder screw and barrel are nitrided alloy steel.Jacketed water cooling system is on feed zone and alll zones of barrel are cooling by air blower.Heaters are mounted on the barrel.
Characteristic of PVC Fiber Garden HoseThis line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose,the wall of which is three layers,outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose,miiddle layer is terylene fiber network,which has good chemical and physical proerty. The fiber strengthen hoses are widely used in agriculture, drainage systems, chemical industry, construction oil and many other industries. PVC braided hose is strong enough to withstand high pressure.It is light in weight than rubber hose and its smooth inner surface permits easy fluid flow.Its excellent transparency allow air locks,ensures detection of blockage in less time and hence saves costly down time.It is also useful for air, pneumatic, water and chemical applications.
